Before first use
Read all instructions before first use and follow them carefully.
Wash all pieces, except base unit, in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry
thoroughly before first use. NOTE: The blade is NOT removable.
Do NOT immerse base in water or any other liquid.
How to use
1. Prepare the food items before use.
2. Wash all produce before it is used.
3. As a general guideline, you do not need to peel any fruits and vegetables
whose skin you would normally eat.
4. Remove skin from thick skinned fruits, such as melon and pineapple.
5. Remove stones from cherries, peaches, nectarines etc.
6. Fruit containing small seeds, such as apples, do not need to be removed.
7. Cut the food items into small pieces that will fit easily into the pitcher.
8. It is recommended to cut as small as 1-2 inches. Never attempt to force large
items into the pitcher.
9. This machine can blend both breakable solid, dry, semi liquid and liquid foods.
10. Place food items into pitcher.
11. Place pitcher on base.
12. Line up the four corners of the pitcher with the four knobs on the base unit.
13. To have the blender on continuous mode, press the left switch to the 'On'
position and turn the middle knob to the desired speed (1–10).
14. To have blender on pulse mode, repeat previous steps, then repeatedly press
the right switch down to pulse for desired blending time.
15. Always operate blender with lid and clear lid cap firmly in place. The clear lid
cap should be removed only when adding ingredients or when using the
tamper.
16. Once recipe is at desired consistency, turn off blender by lowering the speed
to 1 and pressing the left switch to the 'Off' position.
17. Remove the pitcher from the base unit.
18. Remove the lid and clear lid cap.
19. After you have poured the contents into your desired container, wash the
pitcher, lid, clear lid cap and tamper in warm soapy water.
20. Unplug the Professional Blender when not in use.
21. WARNING: The blades are very sharp - handle with care.
