CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS
The appliance is equipped with the
listed control devices, required to run
its main functions.
A) Thermoregulator: used to run
the appliance and regulate tem-
perature.
B) Indicator light: when on, the ap-
pliance is electrically powered.
C) Indicator light: when on, the
electrical resistances are on. The
light turns off when the set tem-
perature is reached.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1. Place food products on the cook surface.
2. Lower the upper plate until its surface comes into contact with food products.
3. Rotate the thermoregulator clockwise to start the appliance and set the required tem-
perature.
Caution - Precaution
To avoid burn hazards, place and remove food products with specific utensils.
For first appliance use, remove any protective film lining and run at maximum tem-
perature (about 15 minutes) without food product to eliminate any unpleasant
odours. Wait until the appliance cools and, if odour persists, repeat the operation.
