For synthetic lubricant (type AIR-OIL) or mineral
base oil the CLG 30 lubricator is recommended.
TheBLG 10 lubricator is recommended when mineral
base oil is to be used exclusively.

Do not attempt to open or fill the lubricator
while it is pressurized.
Operation
1. Check all hoses, couplings and control devices
with regard to leakage and damage.
2. Check that lubrication is effective.

WARNING
When pumping flammable liquids, or liquids
that carry the risk of explosion, oil-resistant
hoses and fittings must always be used.
Maintenance

WARNING
The pump must not be used if the diaphragm
is damaged, or the pumped medium will be
mixed with the exhaust air.
General
Daily maintenance, the regular checking of wear
parts and early repair prevents breakdowns and in-
creases the service life of the pump.
In any event, the pump should be disassembled to
check mainly the diaphragm and valves after every
1000 hours of operation. If the pumped medium is
very abrasive, the disassembly interval should be re-
duced to 400 hours.
If the pump is to be idle for any longer than a few days,
it must be flushed through with water or some other
neutral liquid. This must be done as soon as the
pump is taken out of operation, especially if the
pumped medium is an acidic, salty, sedimentary or
heavily polluted fluid.

Storage
Always make sure that the pump is cleaned and oiled
before storage, and store in a clean and dry place.

Optional equipment

The pump can be fitted with an optional connection
for a separate suction hose.
