INSTALLATION
Use the holing plate to realize fixing holes and for antitearing protection, then fix the box at the wall, make sure that
central screw is level with the tamper. The screw have to come out from the wall to be able tamper closing after to have closed
the siren cover.
Connect 12V battery to the siren, the lamp flashes one time and acoustic signalling will be activated for one second.
Enter AL100 power supplier, make sure to have observed proper polarities: we suggest you to enter a disconnecting
switch on 230V voltage direct to power supplier. ATTENTION: Do not use XR400 device without the battery (only with power
supply).
Before to close the XR400, enter the system code (see Settings), and only after the entering it`s possible to screw the
metal protection and ABS box.
At the external box closing, the lamp flashes one time and the siren will be activated for one second to signal that the
closing of antisabotage tamper is occurred.
SETTINGS
Hold down the buttons(see the picture) for 4 seconds up to LED under the lamp is lit. Release the
buttons, the LED turns off and you can enter the system code using upper button to enter "0" and
lower button to enter "1" . The entering of each digit is confirmed by a LED flash.
The system code allows to identify and to control all devices connected to the system. This code has to be setted on all
connected devices (i.e. sensors, contacts, remote controls and sirens).
About contacts and sirens, it's no important the identification zone because XR400 is not able to a zones diversification.
After to system code entering, LED flashes one time to signal that the setting procedure is finished.
If you not press the button for the code entering in 30 seconds, the setting is automatically interrupted. All digits entering
will be deleted.
It's impossible enter a code composed by all "0" or "1" digit: this setting will be signalled by flashings and the default code
will be not changed.
It's not possible use the same code for different XR400 central units, even if they are connected to the same circuit.
