- Página 11 Step 8 / Etape 8 / Paso 8 • Feed lanyard cable through grill as close to headlight as possible. • Attach lanyard to plastic fascia bracket in a convenient location, using the provided self tapping screw. Tighten to 9 in. lbs. Be sure to allow enough slack for lanyard to attach the retaining clip to the hood pin moderately loose.
- Página 12 Step 9 / Etape 9 / Paso 9 • Use a screwdriver to adjust the pin height so the retaining clip (lynch pin) will fit snug to the escutcheon. You can now snug up all bolts (tighten to 30 ft. lbs.) to secure the position of the pins on the radiator core support.
