TIME; DISTANCE / SPEED; PROGRAM

The electronic monitor has four push-buttons
or keys: ; ENTER; ; SLOW / FAST (▼ ▲);
START / STOP.

SWITCHING ON
Plug the unit into a wall socket with an EARTH
terminal and set switch (L) to position (1), Fig
(1).
The safety key ( j ) must be inserted into its
slot (S), otherwise the machine will not operate.
As soon as the safety key (j) is inserted into slot
(S) Fig. 2, the machine will beep and all of the
displays will show a [00:00] value, indicating that
the machine is READY to be used.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
MANUAL MODE
Pressing the START / STOP button will start the
machine within 3 seconds, shown by a
countdown on the TIME display (A), at a SPEED
of 1.0 km/h. You can increase or decrease the
SLOW / FAST setting in MANUAL mode by
pressing the (▼ ▲) keys, from 1.0 – 12 km/h.
You can stop the machine by pressing the
START / STOP button or by removing the
SAFETY KEY (j).
If you hold the STOP button down for 3 seconds
the machine will go back to the START / STOP
position.
PROGRAM MODE.
This monitor has 4 programs: MANUAL P0;
PRESET PROGRAMS (P1; P2; P3; ), programs
(P1 to P3) each have three speed settings,
making a total of 9 different programs.

PRESET PROGRAMS P1-P3.-
With the machine in READY status, press the
ENTER key and program P-1 will appear on the
display. Use the (▼ ▲) keys to select a program
from P1 to P3.
Press the ENTER key and the exercise level
options (L1 to L3) will appear on the display, use
the (▼ ▲) key to select the desired level and then
press the ENTER key. The display (A) will now
show the time setting (32 minutes, default
setting), use the (▼ ▲) keys to select the desired
exercise time between 5 and 99 minutes.
Press the ENTER or START / STOP key and the
machine will start after a 3 second countdown,
shown on the display (A).
