Assembly
Pay attention to the specified tightening torque of the
screws. Over-tightening the screws may cause defects
which may in turn lead to serious injuries to the child.

Headset [Fig. 1 and 2]
Guide the bearing shells in Fig. 1 [1] and [2] into the head-
set at the top and bottom.

Guide the plastic disc [3] in Fig. 2 over the steerer tube
until it is resting on the fork crown. Guide the fork through
the head tube. Attach the bearing cap [4] in Fig. 2 to the
steerer tube from the top.

Handlebar [Fig. 3]

Attach the metal clamp [5] in Fig. 3 to the steerer tube.
Guide the handlebar [6] in Fig. 3 into the steerer tube.
Exert slight pressure on the metal clamp in order to en-
sure a secure fit. Screw the clamp tightly in place using the
hexagon key [8.5 Nm].
Please observe the embossing "MINIMUM INSERT"
on the handlebar stem, as this marks the minimum
insertion depth. Under no circumstances may the
handlebar be attached at a higher position than this.
The height of the handlebar should only be adjusted
after the saddle has been assembled.
The handlebar should be easy to reach for a child sitting
in an upright position.
The handlebar must be secure and must not move
independently of the front wheel.

Saddle [Fig. 4]

The saddle height must be adjusted in such a way
that the soles of the child's feet can still be placed on
the ground when their legs are slightly bent.
Ensure that the opening of the saddle clamp points in
the direction of the rear wheel.
Please observe the embossing "MINIMUM INSERT"
on the seat post, as this marks the minimum inser-
tion depth. Under no circumstances may the saddle
be attached at a higher position than this.
Attach the metal clamp [7] in Fig. 4 to the seat tube.
Position the saddle on the seat tube at a height
which is suitable for the child. Now screw the metal
clamp tightly in place using the hexagon key [8.5 Nm].
The saddle must be secure and should not be able
to move.

Disassembly
Make sure to hold onto any small loose parts (screws,
nuts, etc.) as you will need these for assembly later on.

Handlebar [Fig. 3]
Loosen the screw on the handlebar clamp [No.5] in Fig. 3
using the hexagon key, until you can remove the handle-
bar. Now remove the metal clamp from the steerer tube
and guide this out of the head tube. Make sure that you
keep hold of all parts of the headset.

Saddle [Fig. 4]
Open the saddle clamp [Fig. 4, No. 7] using the hexagon
key until you are able to remove the saddle.
