INTRODUCTION and GENERAL FEATURES
Pet fountain, low voltage power supply, safe and reliable. Equipped with a TDS * indicator that monitors water quality according to the preset standard of water drinkability (0 ~ 599 ppm / l).
4 color light indicator: flashing red (insufficient water level), orange (water quality not compliant with the standard), white light water level and water quality are sufficient), white flashing
(need to replace the filter).
Easy to install and easy to clean. The double filtering system allows the capture pet fur and impurities in the appropriate bag, avoiding possible pump obstructions. The multi-stage filter
eliminates chlorine, heavy metals and bad odors.
* TDS is the total amount of ions present in a volume of water including heavy metals (copper, lead, etc.) which is expressed in ppm (parts per million). Its value is directly related to water
quality. As high is the TDS value, as lower is the quality of the water. For a good water quality should not exceed 599 ppm / l.
WORKING INSTRUCTION
Important: DO NOT RUN DRY - FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. Pet Fountain will come fully assembled and ready for use. Note: Rinse all fountain parts (except electrical parts) with warm water before
operating the pet fountain. This will remove any dust or residue that remain in the system from the manufacturing process. 1. Carefully remove all the Pet Fountain components from the
packaging and set aside prior to assembly. 2. As with any electrical device, check the electrical Power Cord for any tears or damage before use. 3. Rinse the prefilter and Filter thoroughly under
cool water before placing in the Pet Fountain. This will remove any loose charcoal dust, which is harmless. A small amount of charcoal dust may be released for the life of the Charcoal Filter.
This is normal and is not harmful to your pet. Never wash the filters with soapy water, as the soap residue will seep into the filters and cannot be removed. Only rinse the filters with water. 4.
remove the upper tray (fig. 1) and the water board (fig. 2) and set aside.
5. remove the water storage, rinse and then fill up with water, don't exceed the max. level indicated (fig.A)
6. connect the jack to the main body and be sure to insert the cable into its rails.
7. Assemble the prefilter (fig. B/1) and the multi stadium filter (fig. B/2). Put the water storage, the upper tray and the water board in their positions.
8. Be sure to match the upper tray and the water surface: the two arrows must be aligned (fig. C). Make sure the upper floor of the fountain is tightly closed before putting it into operation.
9. place the fountain in the appropriate place. Make sure the power cord and hands are dry before connecting. Connect the plug to the power supply. The fountain will begin to function
indipendently
Do not pick up a full Pet Fountain by the upper tray. Only pick up the Pet Fountain by placing both hands underneath the base and grip the sidewalls for a sturdy hold. Important: To protect your
floor always use a protective mat such as a towel or water-resistant placement. This will help protect your floor from any splashing or spills caused by your pet.
MAINTENANCE
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE (SUGGESTED ONE TIME PER WEEK)
PUMP
Fig. 5
Pump maintenance is recommended once a week to prevent limescale or residues from reducing water flow. Open the fountain, remove the
upper tray and the water board, empty the water tank. Disconnect the plug that connects the pump to the transformer by turning the ring nut.
Remove the pump from its housing (FIG 5), this operation may require some force until the suction cups detach. Remove the front mask (it
may be necessary to insert a fingernail in the edge of the mask to extract it), the entry plate and the impeller. Rinse all the components under
running water and clean the impeller compartment. Reassemble all the pump components.
PREFILTER
