A) Convection/Combination
C--- Convection, the convection unit will
be energized during operation time. In
this mode, hot air is circulated throughout
the oven cavity to brown and crisp foods
quickly and evenly.
C1--- Combination of convection and
microwave cooking. The marriage of
these two cooking methods produces
juicy meats, as well as tender, flavorful
poultry, all with just the right amount of
browning and crispness. Meats and
poultry are best when cooked directly on
the rack. A shallow dish can be placed
below the food if gravy is to be made
from the drippings.
C2---Same as above except more
microwave cooking time which is suitable
for cooking large size poultry utilizing the
penetration ability of microwave.
Temperature setting
Select operating temperature by different
task, including
80℃,100℃,120℃,140℃,160℃, 180℃
200℃ 230℃. For defrosting, use 80℃
or 100℃. For baking, setting the oven at
120-180℃.
For grill poultry, setting at 180-230℃.
In combination mode, the cooking temperature you set can't exceed

desired mode
2. Set the operating temperature, which depends on the food
type and different task to be performed.

In most case the oven has to be preheated
to preset temperature before placing
food in order to achieve best result.

heated within the default 15 minutes.

preheating period and LED will show as
follows while temperature changes, the oven
will be started from 80℃.
Once the oven has reached the 80℃ will go
steady and the oven temperature is
approaching 100℃.
Once the oven has reached the 180℃ the
numbers will go steady and the preheating
process can be considered terminated.
