Storage
To avoid formation of rust, dry the parts after washing.
To avoid failure, do not place the motor housing up-side down.
To move the juicer, separate the juicing bowl from the motor housing and hold them with both
hands. (See P. GB8).
Store the appliance in a place that is beyond the reach of young children.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The juicer does not
run after the power is
switched on.
The motor housing is
hot.
The juicer stopped
suddenly.
Noise during
operation.
Please check the following before contacting us
for repair.
Cause and solution
Is the mains plug inserted into an outlet?
Insert the mains plug into an outlet.
Set the juicer correctly.
The lid needs to be turned until you hear a "click" sound.
If you fail to do so, the juicer will not run after the power is
switched on. (See P. GB14)
The circuit breaker protection is activated.
• You have used prohibited ingredients.
• The volume of ingredients is too large.
• The ingredients are too hard.
See "circuit breaker protection". (See P. GB22)
Remove prohibited ingredients from the juicer.
The rubber plug is attached loosely.
Attach the rubber plug securely. (See P.GB20)
The operating time is longer than the rated duration.
Follow the rated duration (up to 15 minutes).
To resume operation, please wait for at least 30 minutes.
This allows the motor housing to cool down and avoid failure due to
overheating of motor.
The lid is open.
Switch off the power, close the lid, and start again.
The circuit breaker protection is activated.
• You have used prohibited ingredients.
• The volume of ingredients is too large.
• The ingredients are too hard.

Remove prohibited ingredients from the juicer.
Clogging of pulp spout.
Switch off the power and remove residue using the tip of
cleaning brush handle.
This is normal.
You may hear sound such as squeaking or cracking.
• These are the sound of ingredients being compressed.
(Depending on the ingredients, the noise may be quite loud.)
• This is the sound of the rotating brush contacting with juice
cone.
