Always turn off the switch and pull the power plug off first
before mounting or dismounting the jacket.
3. Mounting / Dismounting the Side Handle (Optional)

The side handle of both
mounted in two places. Select the one that is more conve-
nient for the work purpose and adjust the angle as necessary
(Can be rotated 360°).
Always turn off the switch and pull the power plug off first
before mounting or dismounting the jacket.
4. Operating Method
(Fig.5)
Place the end of the tool at the position for demolition and
operate the Hammer using its weight. Do not press too
hard. Too much pressure would not increase striking effect.
Always switch off and pull the power plug off when the work
is finished.
5. Adjustment and Fixing of Chisel Angle
The chisel can be adjusted to 12 different position(in 30
increments). This ensures that flat chisels and shaped chisels
can always be set to optimum working positions.
While pushing the selector forward as shown below, set
the desired angle in either clockwise or counterclockwise
direction and let go of the Selector.
Then the selector will be engaged with the body of the
Hammer preventing the rotation of the Chisel.
6. Operation time
The tools shall be operated intermittently as follows;
- Operating time : 0 s
- Resting time : 90 s
Supplementing and Refilling the Grease
1. About Refilling the Grease
As this product is sealed tight, there will be no infiltration of
dust or leakage of grease ensuring use of long period of time
without additional supply of grease.
Replacement of Grease
(1) Replacement of grease must be done at:
o Head Office of Felisatti
o Distributor of Felisatti Electric Machinery
o Felisatti authorized A/S Center
If it is inevitable to carry out replacement by yourself, follow
the instructions below:
Grease Replacement Method
(1) When replacement in crack case only is required:
Detach the Grease Cover and clean out the grease inside.
Refill 15g of Felisatti grease for Hammer (under 1/3 of a 50g
tube).
(2) When supplementing, use 10g (about 1/5 of a tube).
() When replacing the entire grease:
Remove all the grease and foreign matters from inside. Use
35g (about 2/3 of a tube) Replacement of entire grease must
be carried out by a Felisatti distributor or authorized A/S
center.
Close the Grease Cover firmly in place after supplementing
or refilling the grease.
* Do not use too much grease. It may cause bad stroke.
* The grease supplied with this product is low viscosity
grease for Felisatti Hammer. Always use the grease of
the same.
* Grease can be purchased at a distributor or seller of
Felisatti Electric Machinery or at an authorized A/S
center.
Replacement of Carbon Brush
When the carbon bruch reaches it end of life, the safety tip
inside will pop out preventing contact between Commutator
and carbon so that the Hammer can not be operated.
If this happens, both of the carbon brushes must be replaced
using the manufacture's genuine carbon brush.

Detach the end cover by turning the screw using a + type
screwdriver.
Detach the brush cap using a - type screwdriver. Replace
the carbon brushes in both sides with new ones and lock
the brush cap.
Maintenance
1. Checking the Tool (bit)
Using the worn-off bit will cause overloading the motor and
reduce work efficiency. Either sharpen the tool or replace with
a new one.
2. Checking the Screws
Check if any screw is losen. Losen screw must be fastened
firmly.
Replacement of screw must be carried out at the authorized
A/S center using genuine parts. Otherwise Commutator may
worn out quickly shortening the service life of the Tools.
3. Maintenance of Motor Assembly
The Commutator in the Motor Assembly is the core part of
the tool. Be careful not to cause scratch or contact with oil or
water on the surface of the Commutator
4. Storing after Use
Store the tool in a dry place out of reach of the children.
5. Repair
If the tool is not operating normally, do NOT attempt to locate
the problem or repair yourself. Contact nearest authorized
A/S center for service.
6. X attachment cord
If the supply cord of this power tool is damaged, it must be
replaced by a specially prepared cord available through the
service organization.
Do not dispose of electric tools
in the household waste!
