ASSEMBLY
Follow the instructions below and the diagrams at the beginning of the manual to assemble the product:
Diagram 1 (Frame)
- insert the initial part of the frame (Part C) inside the end section (Part B). Use the supplied fittings to securely lock the
components together – Screw A + 1 washer C on one side and Nut A+ washer A + 1 washer C on the other. Check that
the screws penetrate both the frame parts and block them in position by tightly fastening the nuts using the supplied
multi-purpose key to ensure they are securely fastened.
Diagram 2 (Handle bar)
- begin by inserting Part N and then insert Part M on top of Part E. Make sure all the parts are fitted in the right direction.
Also check the direction in which the pedals rotate (see the arrow on the wheel guard) and the light frontal grooves on
the mud-guard (see the diagram).
- The wheel block + mud-guard must be mounted on the frame so that the end of the wheel protrudes from the upper
section; now attach the washer (Part L) and fastener (Part I) without over tightening it.
- Insert the plastic guard (Part H) inside the handlebar tube (Part A).
- Insert the handlebar (Part A) in the wheel block tube, making sure it slides in until it reaches the notches visible on the
tube which indicate the minimum safety level that must be reached (see the diagram).
- Now firmly tighten the screws on the fastener, making sure the handlebar and wheel are aligned correctly.
- Check the correct assembly and fastener on the handlebar a few times to guarantee maximum levels of safety.
