Image 2 Locking positions for retainer bolts
1 Position 1 (retainer bolt locked in closed posi-
tion).
2 Position 2 (retainer bolt is pressed down by
the spring force, but can move upwards free-
ly).
Assembly
1 Insert the transverse beam (Image 1/1)
between the grid rails.

The square bolts on the bottom side of
the transverse beam are immersed in the
intended recesses in the grid rails.
2 Move the transverse beam retainer bolt
to Position 2 (Image 2/2).
3 Slide the transverse beam towards the
front of the vehicle (observe the direc-
tional arrow on the transverse beam),
until the retainer bolts (Image 3/1) en-
gage.
