Useful Suggestions
Solution
Turn off equipment and wait for motor to come to
a full stop. Remove excess material, turn on the
equipment, wait for motor to reach maximum rotation
and restart work. Control feeding according to motor's
capacity.
1. Continuously feed the equipment. Remember,
however that overfeeding causes the equipment
to jam.
2. Verify if purchased motor to be installed on
equipment (equipment sold without motor)
is compatible with the specifications in the
equipment sticker.
3. Use dry corn only.
1. Once work is finished, always leave equipment
working for a few extra minutes to allow total
output of material.
2. Check conditions of electrical power source
(electrician).
