Securing your blanket
1. Place the blanket on the bed, with the controller at the pillow
end, ensuring that the blanket does not overhang from the
bed edge and is not in the area of any intended pillow.
Unwind the tie tags and secure the blanket to the bed. Secure
each corner and also the middle as indicated.
2. Pass the middle tie tape under the middle of the mattress and through the middle loop on the opposite side. Tie tightly (fig 1)
3. Pass end tape under the corresponding bottom corner of the mattress and through the end loop, down under the other bottom
corner of the mattress and through the bottom side loop (fig 2). Tie tape firmly.
4. Blanket should be firmly taped to mattress as shown in fig 3.
Operation & Control
1. Press On for heating. Select the desired heat setting on the controller.
2. For first time use it is recommended that the blanket be set on HIGH for 2 hours before sleeping on the bed.
3. NOTE: This will assist in drying out any moisture which has been accumulated in the mattress. You may notice an odour when
using the blanket for the first time, due to the insulation material. This is harmless and will subside quickly.
4. Do not leave heavy objects on the bed when the unit is switched on.
5. This appliance is for domestic use only. Not intended for use in hospitals.
