b) with assigned switching times
Switching times, which are assigned to the "RND" index, determine the
start and finish of the random program.
The "random" switching times are within the fixed values specified under 6.0 a.
The connected loads (e.g. staircase lighting) are switched ON and OFF
at irregular (random) intervals.
