Before carrying out any work on the machine, make sure that the apparatus is switched off and the power supply is
completely disconnected.
Any work must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Prior to all maintenance and servicing on the refrigerating circuit, the unit must first cool down for a sufficient period
of time before being handled, as certain parts of the apparatus, such as the compressor and pipes, operate at high
pressures and may reach temperatures above 100°C therefore contact with them may lead to serious burns.
Carry out the following operations at least once a year (the frequency depends on the installation and operating conditions):
Check the general cleanness of the installation, and check that condensate drainage routes are not blocked.
Clean the heat exchanger using a special product for aluminium copper heat exchanger and rinse with cold water.
Do not use hot water or steam, and clean with the appropriate tools if needed.
Check that the surface of the aluminium fins of the heat exchanger is not damaged by impact or scratches,
Check that the electrical connections are secure,
Check the earth connection.
Check the hydraulic circuit (clean the filter, water quality, no leaks, etc...).
All maintenance and servicing operations on the refrigerating circuit must be conducted in accordance with standard trade
practices and safety rules.
All brazing operations must be conducted by qualified welders.
For equipment loaded with R 407 C, refer to the specific instructions at the beginning of the installation manual.
This unit is equipped with pressurised equipment, for example piping.
Use only genuine parts for replacing defective refrigeration components.
The test pressure, low and high pressure, must not exceed 20 bar
All part replacement with other than genuine parts, all modifications of the refrigerating circuit, all replacement of
refrigerant by a fluid other than that indicated on the manufacturer's plate, all use of the unit outside the application
limits defined in the documentation, shall result in the cancellation of waranty and PED CE marking compliance which
shall fall under the liability of the individual who carried out these modifications.
Before carrying out any work on the machine, make sure that the apparatus is switched off and that the power supply is
fully disconnected.
Turn OFF circulating pump and the HEATPRO pump.
Isolate the pump of the main circuit by closing the 2 ball valves (by pass) n°1 et n°3 (fig. 1a) and open completely the ball
valves n°2 (fig. 1a)
At the two couplings, disconnect the plumbing to the heat pump (removal by turning counter-clockwise).
Permit all of the water to drain out of the condenser to avoid it icing up.
Then, reconnect the couplings to prevent insects and vermin from entering the plumbing/pipe system.
