The
product

takes to reach the object and back.
Laser
measurement
environmental conditions, as well as the color, surface
texture, size and shape of the target to be measured.
Favorable conditions for range measurements are: Clear
visibility, low brightness (twilight), bright object color,
perpendicular angle and a homogeneous structure.
Range measurement is limited in conditions of haze/fog,
high brightness (sun), dark object color, sharp angle or
inhomogeneous structure (e.g. bush).
