UTILITY CARTS and ACCESSORIES
Attaching the SIDE BOX OR SIDE CABINET to the
MB199UC, MB199UCFD.
If your cart has the aluminum side rails attached you will need
to remove them before following installation instructions.
Make sure the casters are properly attached to the
MB199UCSB or MB199UCSC using the caster installation
instructions from the MB199UC manual.
1.
Locate the four threaded holes running vertically up the
side of the cart in each corner. If the top threaded hole
is number 1, partially thread in the 6 bolts (A.)
included with the MB199UCSB or MB199UCSC into
the holes 2, 3 and 4 (make sure at least 0.125" of
thread is visible).
2.
Make sure the casters on the cart are in the fully locked
position. On the mount side of the MB199UCSB or
MB199UCSC locate the 3 keyway shaped holes (B.)
running vertically up the side of the cabinet in each
corner.
3.
Lift the MB199UCSB or MB199UCSC so that the
largest diameter of the keyway shaped holes align with
the 6 mount bolts (A.) from step 1. Push the cart and
MB199UCSB or MB199UCSC together until they are
ush together.
4.
Push down the MB199UCSB or MB199UCSC until
it is fully seated on the mount bolts (A.)
5.
Remove the drawers from the MB199UCSB or
MB199UCSC and lift the top compartment lid to
allow access to the heads of the mount bolts (A.)
6.
Fully tighten the mount bolts (A.) using the access
holes provided in the interior of the MB199UCSB or
MB199UCSC.
