Your Heath/Zenith Canadian 5 Year Limited Warranty
This is a "LIMITED WARRANTY" which gives you specific legal
rights. You may also have other rights which vary from province to
province.
For a period of five year from the date of purchase, any malfunction
caused by defects in material or workmanship will be corrected at
no charge to you. Return the product at your expense to the place
of purchase where the product will be replaced at no charge. Heath
Company reserves the right to repair or replace the product, at its
option.
Warranty begins on the date of first consumer purchase. You must
supply a copy of your proof of purchase when you request warranty
service.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, SHALL
BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER AND THERE
SHALL BE NO LIABILITY ON THE PART OF HEATH FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAM-
AGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF
BUSINESS OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU.

if you have difficulty with receiving warranty service from your
