4.2 THROUGH THE "VIRTUAL FLY - YOKO" DRIVER
Requirements
• FSUIPC module for MFS or PREPAR 3D.
FSUIPC Installation
In case you already have FSUIPC installed in your MFS/PREPAR 3D you
can skip this step.
• Go to the "FSUIPC" folder from the memory stick provided with YOKO.
• Execute the setup program according your MFS version (FSX-PREPAR
3D or FS2004).
• When the installer ask about registering, Click on "Not now".
"Virtual Fly – Yoko" Driver Installation
• Go to the "Virtual Fly – YOKO" folder from the memory stick provided
with YOKO.
• Execute the "setup.exe" file. (In case the installation program asks about
update libraries, click on "OK").
• Once the "Virtual Fly - YOKO" program has been installed, you will find
the program in "Start -> Programs -> Virtual Fly -> Virtual Fly – YOKO".
• Start the "Virtual Fly – YOKO" program. On the dropdown menu select
"Joystick x 2 Axes 32 Buttons". If there is more than one device with the
same characteristics, choose which responds to movement of YOKO.
• Check the axis "X-Y Axis" moving the red cross using the YOKO. If the
red cross is not centred with the YOKO in neutral position or when mo-
ving the Yoko to the left or to the right the red cross doesn't reach the
box edges, it means that the YOKO is not calibrated properly. To solve
this problem go to the: "3.Windows Calibration".
• Check all the buttons and switches by pressing them.
• Adjust the sensitivity of "Ailerons and Elevator" by the sliders. Move the
sensitivity sliders to the left for less sensitive controls and to the right for
more sensitive controls.
• All the settings are saved automatically, you can close the program, start
again and changes will remain.
