To use the adapter, you need a Lumia device with screen projection
or wireless display, or a Wi-Fi CERTIFIED Miracast™ source
device. NFC only works with Lumia phones. For more info on
compatibility, support, software downloads, and troubleshooting,

Connect your adapter to the TV and the power supply
1. Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI port of the
adapter, and the other end to the TV.
2. Connect the charger to the adapter, and plug the charger into
a wall outlet.
3. Make sure your TV is switched on, and that the correct input
mode is selected.
When you see the Start mirroring screen with instructions, you're
ready to connect the adapter to your phone.
Connect your adapter with your phone or tablet
1. Make sure you've switched on NFC on your phone.
2. Touch the NFC areas of the 2 devices together.
3. In the project my screen view on your phone, tap Screen
Sharing.
4. To stop mirroring content, touch the NFC areas together again,
and tap Screen Sharing again in the project my screen view.
To connect a tablet, swipe in from the right of the screen, and tap
Devices > Project > Add a wireless display > Screen Sharing.

Branchez votre adaptateur sur votre téléviseur et sur

Conectar o adaptador com a TV e a fonte de alimentação
1. Conecte uma extremidade de um cabo HDMI com a porta HDMI
do adaptador e conecte a outra extremidade com a TV.
2. Conecte o carregador com o adaptador e conecte o carregador
com uma tomada.

Take care of your device
Handle your device, charger and accessories with care. The following suggestions help you keep
your device operational.
• Keep the device dry. Precipitation, humidity, and all types of liquids or moisture can contain
minerals that corrode electronic circuits. If your device gets wet, let the device dry.
• Do not use or store the device in dusty or dirty areas.
• Do not store the device in high temperatures. High temperatures may damage the device.
• Do not store the device in cold temperatures. When the device warms to its normal
temperature, moisture can form inside the device and damage it.
• Do not open the device.
• Unauthorized modifications may damage the device and violate regulations governing
radio devices.
• Do not drop, knock, or shake the device or the battery. Rough handling can break it.
• Only use a soft, clean, dry cloth to clean the surface of the device.
Parts of the device are magnetic. Metallic materials may be attracted to the device. Do not place
credit cards or other magnetic storage media near the device, because info stored on them may
be erased.
Recycle
Always return your used electronic products, batteries, and packaging materials to
dedicated collection points. This way you help prevent uncontrolled garbage
disposal and promote the recycling of materials. All materials of the device can be
recovered as materials and energy. Check how to recycle your Microsoft Mobile

Charge your device with AC-20U or AC-60U charger. Charger plug type may vary.
Microsoft Mobile may make additional battery or charger models available for this device.
Implanted medical devices
To avoid potential interference, manufacturers of implanted medical devices recommend a
minimum separation of 6 inches (15.3 centimeters) between a wireless device and the medical
device. Persons who have such devices should:
• Always keep the wireless device more than 6 inches (15.3 centimeters) from the medical device.
• Turn the wireless device off if there is any reason to suspect that interference is taking place.
• Follow the manufacturer directions for the implanted medical device.
If you have any questions about using your wireless device with an implanted medical device,
consult your health care provider.
Certification information (SAR)
This device model meets guidelines for exposure to radio waves.
Your device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure
to radio waves recommended by international guidelines. These guidelines were developed by
the independent scientific organization ICNIRP and include safety margins designed to assure the
protection of all persons, regardless of age and health.
The exposure guidelines employ a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate or
SAR. The SAR limit stated in the ICNIRP guidelines is 2.0 watts/kilogram (W/kg) averaged over ten
grams of tissue. Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions with the device
transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands.
Your device is also designed to meet the requirements for exposure to radio waves established
by the Federal Communications Commission (USA) and Industry Canada. This device has been
