Q: What if my device needs an input current of 1A, will the 2A output
damage it?
A: Thanks to iSmart technology, the output will deliver exact current that is
required to fully charge your device. Hence it will never exceed the max
current and keep your device safe.
Q: RAVPower 15W Solar Charger is not charging my device, what can
I do?
A: Please make sure your device input voltage and current fall within the
accepted range. Place the charger under direct sunlight, as cloudy
weather and indirect sunlight may cause fluctuation in the output
current.
Q: How do I check my device input current?
A: Please refer to your devices user manual or contact device
manufacturer for details.

Q: If it is partially cloudy or not very sunny can I still charge my
device with this charger?
A: Yes, but the low charging effi ciency will result in longer charging time.
Q: Can I use this charger to charge RAVPower external batteries?
A: Yes, please make sure to put the RAVPower external battery in the
pocket of the charger to avoid direct sunlight or expose to excessive
heat which may damage the battery

The RAVPower Solar Charger is covered by RAVPower warranty for 12
