INSTALLATION

FILLING WATER TANK

1. Open the cover 14 to reach the water tank (figure 4), fill the tank 15 with drinking water, with
a low limescale content if possible.
2. Close the cover.

FIRST INSTALLATION AND AUTOMATIC FILLING OF THE BOILER

1. Connect the coffee machine's power supply cable to a socket outlet.
2. To ensure correct operation of the coffee machine, the boiler used for preparation of the
coffee and hot water must always be full of water. Therefore, when the machine is first
installed and when the main switch is operated, an automatic boiler filling cycle starts, last-
ing 90 seconds.
3. While the boiler is automatically filling, the led located on the bottom of the tank will light up
the water green. During this phase, it will not be possible to produce coffee, hot water or
steam as the relative buttons are disabled.
4. If the machine is switched off during the automatic boiler filling cycle, because the boiler is
not completely full when the machine is next switched on, an automatic 90 second filling
