• Check the power connection
is secure.
• Check if the water level
indicator light is illuminated.
• Check the room temperature.
• Check the air filter for dirt.
• Check if the air duct is blocked.
• Check if the room temperature
is below 20°C.
• Set humidity level is higher
than current humidity value.
• Overflow while moving the unit.
• Check if the drain hose is
kinked or bent.
• Check if the unit is securely
positioned.
• Check for any loose or vibrat-
ing parts.
• Noise sounds like water
flowing.
• Humidity sensor dampened or
failure.
• Displayed when Room
temperature is below 5°C
(41°F).
• Displayed when Room
temperature is above38°C

SOLUTION
• Insert the power cord securely
into the wall outlet.
• Empty the water tank and
reinstall correctly.
• The operating temperature
range is 5-35°C.
• Clean the air filter as
necessary.
• Clear the obstacle

low temperature environment.
• Set the humidity level below
current humidity value.
• Empty the water tank before
transporting the unit.
• Straighten the hose to avoid a
trap existing.
