Safety precautions

The following safety precautions must always be followed to reduce
the risk of electric shock, personal injury or fire. It is important to read
all the instructions before using the product, and to keep them for fu-
ture reference or transfer to third parties. Read all instructions before
use.
This appliance can be used by minors of age of over
8 years, from people with reduced physical, senso-
ry or mental capacities or from unexperted persons
only if previously have been instructed on safety and
only if informed of the relevant danger to the same
product. Children cannot play with the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance cannot be done by
children without adult supervision. Keep the appliance and the power
cord out of reach of children under 8 years.
After removing the packaging, make sure of the integrity of the ap-
pliance, in case of doubt, do not use it and contact qualified person-
nel. The packaging elements (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene,
etc.) Must not be left within reach of children as they are potential
sources of danger.
This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was
specifically designed. Any other use is to be considered improper
and therefore dangerous, and will invalidate the warranty. The ma-
nufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by
improper, erroneous or unreasonable use.
Before connecting the appliance, check that the voltage values shown
on the data plate correspond to those of the mains.
This appliance is intended for use in domestic and similar applica-
tions.
Always unplug from the power outlet when the unit is not in use, if it is
left unattended, before connecting or disconnecting accessories, or
before starting a new cleaning cycle.
Before each use, check that the appliance is in good condition, that
the power cord is not damaged: in case of doubt, contact professio-
nally qualified personnel.
Make sure that the cable is positioned correctly and that it is not in
contact with hot parts or sharp edges, nor wrapped around the ap-
pliance or twisted on itself or caught, to avoid an accidental fall of the
appliance.
