D. Operating instruction
1.
Make sure that the power is supplied correctly, check if the mains voltage conforms
to the machine requirements.
2.
On the oil bowl internal side, there is the oil level mark; when pouring oil into the
bowl it is necessary to meet the oil level requirements. "MAX" mark indicates the
maximum oil level, and "MIN" mark — the minimum oil level in the bowl
respectively. In the course of operation the user shall regulate the oil volume in
accordance with their requirements.

1) Connect power supply, the orange-colored light indicator will come on, it means
the beginning of power supply to the machine.
2) Rotate the temperature controller level in the clockwise direction, set the required
temperature level in the range below the red mark. The orange-colored light indicator
should be alight indicating that the electrical heater is active and the oil heating level
increases.

1) When the oil temperature grows, the controller will automatically cut off power
supply.
2) When the oil temperature decreases, the controller will automatically resume
power supply, the light indicator will come on, the electrical heater will get activated
and the oil temperature will start rising.
3) This process will repeat again and again for permanent provision of the normal
temperature level.
5.
The cover serves for preservation of cleanness and stability of bowl heating. When
opening the cover, make sure that no water penetrates the bowl as it can lead to hot
oil splashing.
6.
1) In addition, there is a frying basket designed for frying small-sized products. It
has a hook and a handle fitted thereon.
2) To start operation, immerse the basket into oil. After completion of frying, lift the
basket by means suspending it by hinges in the front, letting oil flowing out.
Volumetric products can also be placed into the bowl.
7.
After completion of work, turn the temperature controller in the anticlockwise
direction to the initial position and cut off power supply of the machine for the sake
