1. Place the equipment on a dry level surface (or support) and fix it.
2. Before connecting the mixer to the mains, make sure that the voltage and frequency of your
power supply correspond to the characteristics specified on the label of your device, and
the external ground wire is securely connected.
3. Make sure the mass of the dough to be mixed does not exceed the acceptable.
4. Before turning on the spiral mixer, make sure that the protective screen is lowered.
5. Do not put your hands or heavy objects in a working bowl.
6. Do not hold or pull straps or chains by hand.

MAINTENANCE OF SPIRAL MIXER
1. Avoid a long-time continuous operation of the spiral mixer.
2. To comply with sanitary code, clean the spiral mixer every time after using it.
3. The transmission is equipped with a special lubricant which is enough for six months of
operation. To add or replace grease, the top cover of the spiral mixer must be removed.
Note: before starting the maintenance of the equipment, you must disconnect it from the
power supply.

Fault
When switching on the

The motor temperature is

Attention: It is prohibited to wash the equipment under a direct water stream or submerge it into
water.
Possible reason

Solution
Check the electrical circuit, tighten
the loose electrical connections.
Tighten the anchor bolts.
Check the power supply voltage.
Reduce the load.
Add or change the oil.
Tighten the chains.
Repair or replace the deformed part.
