INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR
PULL OUT TRAY 30"
1. Identify assembly components to be used. (Spacers (4), Screws (12)).
2. In the interior side cabinets, draw a straight line from the front to the back of the cabinet
2" above the bottom of the cabinet.
3. For the right rail installation, place 4 marks all from front of cabinet:
a. First mark at 7/8"
b. Second mark at 2
c. Third mark at 12
d. Fourth mark at 14"
4. Using a 3/16" bit, drill the holes on the marks and drill ½" deep.
5. Place the spacers on the right side and attach them by using 2 screws per spacer, place the
rail on top of them and attach the rail to the spacer.
6. To install left side rails, repeat from steps 3 to 5.
7. Insert the drawer box into the rails.
