If any of the function indicator lights are red:
Battery:
Charge the Mark with the AC wall adapter until the charging indicator
light on the underside of the device is green.
Sensors:
There is an issue with the sensors. Attempt a hard reset with a 15-second
button press. If the light is still red after reset, contact Arable Support.
Connectivity: There is inadequate cellular connectivity in this location. Attempt a hard reset
with a 15-second button press. If the light is still red, try moving the device to
another location in your field.
GPS:
Make sure your device is deployed outdoors. Even outdoors, it may need some
time to acquire a GPS signal. Your device can deploy without GPS and acquire
a signal later. If the device location does not appear in the web or mobile app
after your device has synced, reach out to Arable Support with your device's
GPS coordinates for a manual override.
