Possible faults and their causes
• The tool rotates slowly or does not work
Dirt or abraded particles have gummed up
the motor
Air pressure is too low
Lack of oil, rust deposits
Worn-out ball bearings
• Falsified torque values
Lack of oil
Air pressure is too low
Worn-out hammer mechanism
• Tool works automatically
Defective operation trigger
Valve spindle is stuck
Deformed or rusty steel balls
Broken spring
• Tool blows out moisture
Water in the compressed air tank
Note: The separator/filter works well only if
the through-flowing air is cold. The separa-
tor/filter should be installed as far away
from the compressor as possible. Install an
air dryer.
Always wear personal protective clothing and safety equipment.

Trouble Shooting
Do not leave plugged-in pneumatic tools unattended.
Corrective measures
• The tool rotates slowly or does not work
Let drip oil off through the air inlet,
blow out motor and put in special pneuma-
tic oil, see "Maintenance and Cleaning"
Check compressed air installation, the wor-
king pressure must be 6.3 bar. Check air
compressor and, if necessary, adjust cor-
rectly.
Put in special pneumatic oil,
see "Maintenance and Cleaning"
Professional repair necessary
