STEP 7
Insert upper rail assembly into lower rail assembly by pressing the plastic
flanges while inserting the tube ends. Slide each tube through the mounting
bracket until the plastic flanges snap out of the bottom of the mounting bracket.
NOTE: Lower rail assembly locks must be in the "unlock position" to insert
upper and lower rail assembly.
