For easiest installation and the best final appearance, read the complete instruction BEFORE you begin.
NOTE: We suggest that all fitting and positioning be done before painting. This product can be painted using normal auto body tech-
niques and equipment.

PAINTING. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RETURN POLICY WILL BE MADE. Painting of product does not invalidate warranty.
NOTE: The Shadow™ Wiper Cowl cover is held down with the vehicle's hood. The outside edges of the Shadow™ mount with Dual loc
to the windshield trim.

1. Make sure the Dual loc
according to Diagram. If shadow is to be back painted, paint before installing Dual loc
2. Cut the 1 foot foam strip into four equal 3" long pieces.
3. Install the foam strips according to diagram. For best appearance install the foam strips as close to the front edge of the Shadow as
possible. The foam strips go on top of the Shadow. Between the Shadow and the hood to protect the under side of the hood.
4. Using the provided alcohol prep pad, clean the areas where the Dual loc

5. Make sure the temperature is above 60° F and the windshield and cowl are clean and dry. Then place the Shadow on the cowl. Make
sure wiper arms clear.
6. When you are satisfied with the position of the Shadow, tape the edges of the Shadow down. Recheck centering. Close hood.
7. Remove the tape and adhesive backing off one side and adhere the Dual loc
8. Adhere the other end of Shadow.
