Service Center the labor and parts charges to repair your product. Contact an
Authorized Service Center from the list below, or call your retailer for the nearest
Thomson Authorized Service Center. You must present proof of purchase to verify
warranty.

What your warranty does not cover:

Customer instruction, installation and/or adjustments, reception problems not
caused by our product.

Batteries.

Products that have been modified or serviced by non-authorized personnel.
•
Products used for commercial or institutional use.

Acts of nature, such as but not limited to lightning damage.
