Solutions
 Check whether the batteries are properly
installed
 Check whether power line is correctly
connected, or
 Whether the power supply is turned on or
backlight is turned off

play mode

properly inserted
(3) (3) Check whether there are MP3 format
songs in SD card/ USB disk
