Direct action by the customer
Before calling service personnel, to avoid useless expense, check whether the machine problem corresponds to one of the cases listed below.
PROBLEM
The coffee machine is not working.
The machine does not dispense coffee.

CAUSE
No electricity supply.

SOLUTION
Check the electricity supply.
Check that the plug is inserted into the
socket and that the line separator switch is
closed
Check the position of the ON/OFF
switch (1).
Check whether the yellow indicator (8) is lit.
Check the water level in the reservoir (13).

Clean with the supplied brush.
Use a finer grind.
Use new coffee.
Clean.
Use a coarser grind.
Empty the drain tray.
Call technician.
