Rubber trims on the lower edge of the helmet protect it against small knocks.
Removable Inner Comfort
Completely removable and washable inner padding made of selected materials to assure maximum
comfort and to reduce tiredness while riding.
Sanitized® treated fabric (Coolmax® fabric for Color version only) --Used in the areas where superior
softness and good breathability are required; the Sanitized® sterilization treatment through its
antibacterial action prevents unpleasant smells ensuring freshness over long periods.
Netting Used where high breathability is needed.
Net Used near the air ducts to assure the highest breathability.
Open-cell sponge cloth Used on the back of the fabric at the air ducts to assure maximum ventilation.
To remove the inner comfort:
1)Open the chin guard according to instructions.
2)Pull the front of the liner and detach the fastening frame from the front side,
3)Pull the back of the liner and release the fastening strap from the back side,
4)Remove the liner.
5)Release the cheek pad snap button by inserting and using a screwdriver as a prize,
6)Remove the cheek pads by pulling them outwards and simultaneously moving them up and down.
Unthread and remove the cheek pad from the special hole,
Follow the above instructions in reverse order to fit the inner comfort.
--Put the helmet on and check that the liner is correctly fitted. If this is not the case, carry out the required
adjustments.
--Hand-wash the liner in lukewarm water - max 35°C - with mild soap, do not wring and let it dry in the
shade.
Attention!
The inner polystyrene shell must only be washed in water with mild soap. Dry with a sponge
and cold air; do not expose to heat sources.
Attention!
Do not modify or tamper with the polystyrene inner shell and do not paint, apply stickers, petrol
or other chemical solvents.
Attention!
Wear and take off the helmet after every assembly to see if it fits correctly.
Ventilation System
Adjustable upper aerators, positioned to the front, they convey fresh air directly inside the helmet near
the upper intake ports of air ducts. To open the air intake flow, push the slider towards the back of the

Eps inner shell with air ducts and vents, they spread fresh air inside the helmet and convey it towards
the outlet vents.
Adjustable rear air extractor, it is connected to the inside of the shell by means of holes. Thanks to its
special form, it helps conveying warm air directly outside the helmet. To open the air intake flow, push the

slider towards the bottom of the helmet,
Integrated side spoiler. Positioned on the right symmetrical side of the screen movement slider, it
collects exceeding warm air near the mouth conveying it outside the helmet.

--By pushing the slider downwards from the first position, the air ducts are opened and the air is
conveyed directly onto the inner surface of the visor, thus limiting condensation and fogging.
--By pressing and simultaneously pushing the slider upwards from the second position, the visor is
opened by 3 mm, thus allowing air to be conveyed onto the inner surface. Perfect ventilation by highly
humid conditions or rainy days is so guaranteed.

always assuring superior comfort.
Airoh W-Conn, (Airoh Wireless Fidelity Connection Helmet)
This helmet is designed to be equipped with the Airoh W-Conn integrated communication system,
Airoh W-Conn is an internal communication system completely integrated in the helmet. Thanks to the
Bluetooth® wireless connection technology, it enables you to talk to your passenger equipped with the
same device or to connect to other devices equipped with the Bluetooth® technology. It is therefore
possible to talk to your passenger, answer the mobile phone or receive trip instructions from a navigator,
without removing the helmet.
The Airoh W-Conn complete system is available as specific accessory for this model, and includes all the
required components, except the cheek pad, to easily install the communication system on your helmet.
--To use the system as intercom, the second helmet must be equipped with the Airoh W-Conn system as
well.
--Airoh W-Conn uses Bluetooth® connection technology. A lot of mobile phones and new generation
devices are equipped with this system.
