Extractor for Common Rail Injector Needles
CLAW
GENERAL
The 3-jaw puller allows a safe removal even tightly fitting injector needles.
Specially hardened jaws fit between the injector and injector needle.
Suitable for BMW, Mercedes, Renault, Honda, Peugeot, etc ...
ATTENTION
Be careful when working on hot engines! Risk of Burns!
Secure before repairing the vehicle against accidental starting.
Dismantled electrical unit
Disassemble the injector until the needle screw is accessible.
Loosen the needle screw with suitable hex socket.
Put to the injector needle extractor on the needle and fix the claws
with clamping sleeve on the needle. Pull out the injector needle.
Note
Very small parts can fall out when disassembling the injector.
