TROUBLESHOOTING

Check that the player is connected to a power outlet.

Check that the infrared light is pointing at the infrared sensor on
the device.

Check that the batteries are correctly inserted into the remote
control.
Check that device is installed under optimal conditions: volume
set to medium, audio or TV receiver working correctly, audio
system correctly connected.
If the player is connected to an unauthorized display device with
an HDMI cable, the audio/video signal cannot be displayed.

Check that the audio cables are correctly connected to the audio
input of your TV.

Assign the audio input of the television to the corresponding
video input
You will not be able to hear sound if your HDMI output is
connected to a non-HDCP device or a device which is only DVI
compatible.

Check that your disc is correctly inserted.

Check that your disc is supported by the Blu-ray player. Check
with the technical specifications.

Check that your disc is a Region 2 disc.

Clean you disc.
