In general setup menu, press "+" key to select "WIFI hot spot" menu, and

1. Connect the computer with device reliably through USB cable;
2. Enter the setting interface of "TCP/IP v4", set the attribute of "Internet
protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" as "Automatic acquisition of IP
address" and "Automatic acquisition of DNS server address", click
"Confirm", as shown below:
