1 - Switch on the fryer by pressing the switch located at the back of it.

2 - Press the key to turn on the fryer.
3 - The fryer emits a jerky beep and the indicator light of this button flashes. Press it.
The fryer starts heating with a default temperature of 120 ° C.
4 - Set to the desired temperature with the keys and (Adjustment temperature between 60 °
C and 190 ° C).
When heating to reach the set temperature, the "HEATING" indicator light is on and the "KEEPING WARM"
indicator is off.
When the set temperature is reached, the "HEATING" indicator light goes off and the "KEEPING WARM"
indicator light comes on.
5 - By pressing the key , the fryer switches to "timer" mode and a countdown will take place until a beep
is emitted at the end of cooking (Warning; the fryer will continue to heat and cook the fries if they are not
removed). The timer is programmed in 1 minute increments up to a maximum of 120 minutes. To increase
or decrease the desired time, simply press the keys. and .
NOTE
The appliance is fitted with a safety system in the event of overheating. If triggered, unplug the device and
allow it to cool. If this protection system operates regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer.
After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.
