PROBLEM
Does not work

ERROR CODES
•
E2: Temperature sensor failure.
•
E5: Defrosting sensor failure.
•
E6: Communication failure.
•
E7: Ambient temperature sensor failure.
•
E9: High temperature.
To clear all error codes, unplug the appliance and let it stand undisturbed for 5 minutes, then plug it
back in. If the error code persists, contact consumer care for further troubleshooting.

SOLUTION
•
Check connection of power cord to
power source

Plug in appliance

Use proper voltage

Set temperature control to warmer
setting
•
Close door securely

Be sure food is at room temperature
before inserting
•
Minimize door openings / duration
•
Do not place appliance close to heat
sources or direct sunlight
•
