Step 2: Set the CAT4000 to programming mode and set option "Coupler function OFF" (Receive LED 1: OFF). Exit the
programming mode and check whether this solves the problem. Reset the CAT4000 to programming mode and set option
"Coupler function ON" (Receive LED 1: ON). If this does not solve the problem, go to the next step.
Step 3: Check the phase that corresponds to the blinking LED for any component or equipment faults.
