The watch automatically records all your steps
throughout the day. You can set your step goals
through the app and the round progress bar will
show how many steps you have completed
towards your goal. It will also summarize your
calories burned and the distance travelled.
Heart Rate
Touch the heart rate icon to record your
heart rate. Swipe to the right for more
information. Detailed statistics and a graph
are available in the Heart Rate tab of the
app.
Sleep
If you wear the watch while you sleep, it
automatically records the number of hours
you sleep. Touch the watch screen to display
detailed information about your sleep (total,
deep, light). You can also check your sleep
history from the app.
