This genuine Swarovski product has been
designed using brilliantly faceted crystals set in
the fi nest tradition of Swarovski craftsmanship.
Swarovski watches are crafted with strict
adherence to the most precise standards of quality
and undergo rigorous quality controls throughout
the entire production process.
WARRANTY
(not applicable in the USA)
In the event of any manufacturing or material defects
arising in a watch bought from an authorized
retailer, Swarovski off ers an international limited
warranty, which applies to manufacturing and
material defects arising during normal use, for a
period of two years from the date of purchase.
The Swarovski warranty does not apply to
watches which are judged by Swarovski to have
been subject to misuse, modifi cation, attempted
repair, negligence, incorrect use, normal wear
and tear or an accident, nor to parts subject to
wear such as watch straps and batteries.
The warranty and associated services are sole
and exclusive. The statutory legal rights of the
end customer under the applicable national
law relating to the purchase of consumer goods
are not aff ected by the warranty. Under no
circumstances can Swarovski be held liable for
any other damage caused by Swarovski products.
To make a claim under our warranty service,
please take the defective watch, in its original
packaging and with the receipt, to your authorized
Swarovski retailer.
TWO YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
(only applicable in the USA)
In the event of any manufacturing or material defects

event of replacement, it cannot be guaranteed that
the customer will receive the same watch, but he
will receive a watch of comparable value.
THIS AGREEMENT TO REPAIR, REPLACE OR
SUBSTITUTE DEFECTIVE WATCHES IS EXPRESSLY
IN LIEU OF, AND IS IN DISCLAIMER OF, ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AT LAW OR IN
EQUITY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL
SWAROVSKI BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER
DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES, DAMAGES TO PERSONS, PROPERTY,
EQUIPMENT, GOODS, MERCHANDISE, PROFITS,
