Before first use:
1.- Clean all the parts of the device as described in the cleaning and maintenance section.
2.- Put a layer of oil on the upper grill (11) and lower grill (12) with a rag or paper towel to improve
the useful life of the non-stick surfaces of the grills (image 1).
Use:
1.- Install the base on a flat surface. Use the device in a well-ventilated place.
2.- Close the grill completely and plug the cord of the device into an electrical outlet. Put the lever
(3) in the blocked position (b) to keep the device in position during the entire preheating cycle.
3.- A beep will indicate that the device is turned on and the display (7) will light up and show the
following values by default.
The temperature can be seen in two different units (Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees).

4.- Choose the appropriate programme for cooking the food you want to cook with the
temperature selector (6). The temperature the grill reaches depends on the programme
selected, as shown below:
5.- The grill will start to preheat after selecting a programme. The display will show the following
configuration:
Initially, the grill will start to preheat. The temperature chosen and the time 00 mins will appear
on the display and the word HEATING will flash (image 2).
6.- After the grills have reached the chosen temperature the word "HEATING" will stop flashing.

Before putting any food on the grill, let it finish the preheating function.
