Error indications
When an error occurs in the recorder, the log is registered in the log list. To clear the alert, press the CANCEL button.
*1 : Alert level
Minor :
Check the cause of the alert. By clearing the alert, you
can keep using the recorder. If the same alert appears
frequently, contact your dealer.
Major :
Contact your dealer.

Cause
• The recorder is rebooted.
• The recorder is rebooted for watchdog
operation.
• The HDD management information is
damaged.
• No HDDs can be recognized.
• No internal HDDs can be recognized.
• The HDD cannot be recognized during
mirroring mode.
• An error occurs during recording.
• An error occurs during data acquisition.
• An error is detected in the data stored in
the HDD.
• An error occurs during writing/reading
the HDD.
• The HDD is exposed to vibrations and
shocks.
• The IP camera is not connected correctly. • Press the CANCEL button on the

Remedy
• Press the CANCEL button on the
front panel to clear the alert.

• Turn off the power of the recorder
and then turn it back on.
• Check the connection.

• Turn off the power of the recorder

• Check the HDD.
• When no abnormality is found, you
can keep using the recorder.
• When errors occur repeatedly, check
the HDD and cables and reboot the
recorder.
