Self-clean function
1. Fill water into the water tank and set the temperature dial to Max position
and connect to the power supply. Make sure the Steam switch is in the
Dry position.
2. Then the indicator light will be illuminated. Once the light is off hold the
steamcontrol button at Self-clean position and the boiling water will come
out of the soleplate. Impurities and flakes(if any) will be flushed out.
3. Release the button as soon as water in the water tank has been used up.
After ironing
1. Disconnect the power supply and empty the water left in the water tank.
2. Plug in and turn the Temperature dial to Max position and Steam control
at Dry position to let the water drips or moisture can be completely
vaporized. Oncethe Indicator is off you can remove the plug.
3. Let the iron completely cool down and wipe the flakes and any other
deposits off the soleplate with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive(liquid)
cleaner.
4. Clean the upper part of the iron with a damp cloth.
5. Wind the cord loosely around the body and fix it with a cord clip.6. Always
store the emptied iron horizontally on a stable surface and use a cloth to
protect the soleplate.
Auto-decalcification feature
There is a decalcification box inside the appliance. The decalcification box
can absorb unsolvable calcium ion and sent out solvable natrium ion so that
the water can be soften. And the process of calcium depositing would be
much slower
Note: to keep the soleplate smooth, never let any metal materials rubs
against it!
