Battery Warning and Safety
Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries can EXPLODE, CATCH FIRE, and/or
CAUSE BURNS if punctured, cut, crushed, or disassembled, recharge
improperly, or exposed to water, fire, or high temperatures. The lithium
polymer battery in Q5/X6 must be recycled or disposed of separately from
household waste.
Resistant to Water, Dust, Mud and Drop
Runbo Q5/X6 is rated to IP67, suggesting that it is designed & engineered to
protecting this device from 1 meter deep water ingress for up to 30
minutes, and is able to endure harsh conditions where dust, dirt or fine
powders are prevailing. However, you may need to contact your dealer for
properly setting up and know how to operate the device before exposing it
in highly risky environments. A video shot or image proof is required for
anyone who wants to make a warranty claim associated with water, iron
dust/powder damages or alike.
The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla glass, to some extent it is
resistant to drop and scratch, yet it is not guaranteed by Runbo that Q5/X6
would be immune to any such type of abuses purposely or by accident.
Runbo Warranty Service Plan
In general, Runbo warrants authentic product against defects in materials
and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase,
after that there is a 12 months warranty according to legal legislation. For
accessories and battery, Runbo offers a six month warranty service.
Runbo does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused
by accident or abuse. Once a warranty claim is valid, Runbo will decide
either repair, replace or refund your phone at its own discretion.
To obtain service, please register your phone to submitting a request for
warranty. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase documents
when making a claim under this warranty.
