13 - Unscrew idling screw composed by components from (64) to (67) and substitute o-ring (64).
14 - Unscrew the sensitivity screw (50) and substitute o-ring (49).
15 - Unscrew drain cap (80) and substitute washer (79), cap (78) and o-ring (82).
16 - Disassembly the safety valve (71) and substitute the shutter (68).
17 - Unscrew screw (2) and extract the components from (3) to (6), then substitute the two o-ring (3) and filter (6).
18 - Unscrew the lever group of 1
st
stage acting on the components from (11) to (16). Extract the little valve (9) and (10) and
substitute it united at the spring (39) and at the pivot (10)
19 - Wash properly the body (1). Verify the integrity of seats of the 1
1 - Substitute all the worn out components with those supplied in the revision bag.
2 - Re-assembly the little valve of the 1
st
stage (9 and 10) spring (39) and pivot (10) included in the income fitting (8).
3 - Re-assembly the 1
st
stage lever composed by components from (11) to (16).
4 - Verify with a feeler gauged that there will be a clearance 0.7 mm and 0.9 mm between the little valve (10) and lever (13). If
necessary, to obtain such measure, file/shape the lever (13) or disassembly it and rivet it lightly, in order to increase the quote
in the zone of contact with the shutter. (10).
5 - Assembly the 1
st
stage diaphragm ( 7) fixing with screw (19) and washer (94). Verify that the torque wrench setting of the
screw will result 15 N·m.
6 - Re-assembly the 1
st
stage cover (22) fixing it with screws (24) equipped with washers (23). Verify that the torque wrench set-
ting of the screws will result 6 N·m.
7 - Re-assembly the 2
nd
stage lever (28) and diaphragm (31).
8 - Assembly the 2
nd
stage cover (35) fixing it with screws (36) equipped with washers (95). Verify that the torque wrench set-
ting of the screws will result 2 N·m.
9 - Assembly the sensitivity screw (50) and the 3
rd
prearranged position.
10 - Re-assembly the solenoid valve group composed by the components from (37) to (47) and the safety valve from (68) to (71).
11 - Assembly the 3
rd
stage diaphragm (59) and cover (62).
12 - Assembly the idling screw (64), drain cap (80) and cap (78). Insert fitting (8) filters (5) and (6) and re-assembly fitting (4) fixing
with the screw (2) by using a torque wrench setting equal to 45 N·m.
During the revision is suggested to NOT DISASSEMBLY THE COVER OF THE WATER ROOM (73) AND FITTING (8) unless in case
there have been presented some leakage or in case of acid washing.
If the revision should be actuated, proceed like it follows:
Water room:
1 - Disassembly the water room cover (73).
2 - Extract the sealing gasket (72).
3 - Re-assembly the sealing gasket and the cover fixing them with two screws (75).
Income fitting :
1 - Unscrew fitting (8).
2 - Substitute washer (7) and re-screw until it will be obtained the condition described in Point 4.
N.B. In the Turbo version the additive fittings do not need revisions.
